RSVP & Attendance
Are kids allowed?
Yes, kiddos are allowed.
When should I RSVP by?
We appreciate you RSVP as soon as possible, but we understand that you might need some time to plan. Our deadline for all RSVPs is June 10th.
Can I change my RSVP after submitting it?
If something changes, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting Kyleigh or Dean directly via Facebook Messenger.
What if I don't RSVP by the deadline?
Although your presence will be missed, if you do not RSVP by the deadline of June 10th, you and your household will be marked as not attending.
Ceremony & Reception
Is there a dress code?
Our theme is rustic casual country. So, think cowboy boots, nice jeans, flowy dress. Wear whatever colors you would like, but please do not wear white or any variation of white (i.e. cream, ivory, off white, etc.).
Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?
Both the ceremony and the reception will be outdoors. The reception will be in a covered pavilion.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to find your seat and get settled.
Food & Drinks
What's for dinner?
Dinner will be a buffet with brisket, pulled pork, mac and cheese, salad, and coleslaw.
Will there be dessert?
Yes, there will be a HUGE dessert bar for all those with a sweet tooth.
Will there be a bar at the reception?
Yes, there will be a cash bar at the reception.
Will there be non-alcoholic drinks available?
Yes, we will have water, different sodas, and juice.
Travel & Accommodation
Are there hotels near the venue?
Yes, we currently have blocks available at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Northfield. Otherwise, there are more hotels in the area if you do not wish to stay at the Fairfield Inn.
Will there be transportation?
There will be a shuttle to The Gardens from the Fairfield hotel.
Is there guest parking?
Yes, guest parking is free, and parking attendants will be there to direct you upon arrival.
Can I leave my car overnight?
Unfortunately, our venue does not allow overnight parking. We will have a shuttle available for transportation for whomever needs it.
Miscellaneous
Can I take pictures or videos during the ceremony?
We ask that you please refrain from using phones and cameras during our ceremony. We will have our photographer and videographer there to capture our special moments for us so you can enjoy the moment in real time.
Will there be games?
Yes! There will be plenty of yard games for guests to play if desired.
Am I allowed to bring my pet?
As much as we love our furry friends, and although ours is in the wedding, we kindly ask that you leave them at home for the day.
